MONDAY – JANUARY 9
2pm – Powys – Democratic Services committee.
The only item on the agenda will be discussion of a review on the time given to councillors to speak on motions at council meetings.  The time allowed to speak was dropped to two minutes to see if this would help shorten the length of meetings.
THURSDAY – JANUARY 12
10am – Powys – Planning , Taxi Licensing and Rights of Way committee
Main items are: planning applications on a flats development in Newtown, solar array in Rhayader and a report on increasing Taxi Licence fees.
3pm – Blaenau Gwent – Planning committee
Main items are:  Planning applications on the redevelopment of Festival Park in Ebbw Vale, housing development for 13 homes in Ebbw Vale, and to change the use of a shop to accommodate a dental surgery also in Ebbw Vale.
Friday – January 13
10am – Powys –  Health and Care scrutiny committee
