ABERYSTWYTH is facing severe disruptions as poor road conditions and a widespread power outage bring the town to a standstill. Dyfed-Powys Police have issued an urgent warning to residents and motorists, urging them to only travel if absolutely necessary.
The power outage has forced the closure of all businesses in the area, leaving residents without essential services. Authorities are advising caution, particularly as road conditions remain hazardous due to ongoing adverse weather.
