XCEL BOWL Carmarthen will be host to a ‘Chocolate Truffle Making Workshop’ for Valentine’s day during February.
Following a “very successful” Christmas chocolate workshop, Printed Chocolates; Carmarthen based chocolate image printing company are holding the Special Valentine’s Chocolate Truffle Making Workshop which will gives men, women and couples the chance to create chocolate delights in time for the February 14.
“Anybody can make chocolates or even truffles at home, what I want to offer is a chance for people to make something really substantial and personal” Said Lee Ann, organiser of the workshops: “Attending these classes allows everybody to experience being a chocolatier.
“Our Christmas workshops were very successful, we had 15 children and their parents arrive, it was packed!
“I hope to help people create something exciting that their partners will love.
“To start off, the ladies’ will be on Friday 5, couples’ on Saturday and Mens’ on Sunday 8. All will be from 11am – 1pm. There are limited spaces, so I would suggest to anyone wishing to come that they book ahead”.
The classes which cost £25 per person or £40 per couple will see those attending creating treats like, chocolate bowls, bags of truffles, hot chocolate spoon and several others.
