SALLEY CHORLEY was proud to show off her three wheeled Lomax 223 at t his year’s Gwili Railway Classic Transport Day, held at Bronwydd Arms station on Sunday (Jul 17).

Sally has owned Brumble, the 2CV engine British kit car, for three years. It was built in 1979 and is used regularly for shows and tours with the West Wales Section of the Vintage Motorcycle Club.

Sally is the manager of a local charity called HUTS (Help Us to Survive), which has members from Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire and provides therapeutic arts and crafts workshops for its members who have mental health and learning difficulties.

The Gwili Steam Railway hosts this now well-established classic transport day in July each year. It is a showcase for classic cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, tractors and steam engines. Visitors can also enjoy a ride on the steam train, which travels alongside the River Gwili.
