MORE than 100 people joined in the fun for a charity run in Newcastle Emlyn on Sunday (Jun 12).
The Cantref 5k Fun Run was organised to raise funds for heart disease charities, with participants encouraged to wear red clothing as a mark of support.
Runners were also invited to take part in a fancy dress competition, with prizes for the best adult‘s and child’s costumes.
Many thanks to all the organisers, race marshals, and competitors both young and old.
