THE COMMUNITY of Llandysul came together on Friday (Jul 8) to raise money for Cancer Research.
During the course of the day, Julie Jones and Tracy Lewis were out collecting donations from generous local businesses.
This was followed in the evening by an event hosted by the Kings Arms hotel, which featured activities including bingo, horse racing, a cake stall, and a raffle.
The staff were all dressed in a very fetching pink for the occasion.
This is not the first time, nor will it be the last, that Julie Jones organises a fundraiser. In fact, she has also run two half marathons for Cancer Research at Edinburgh and Swansea, raising a staggering £1,300.
