Winners: The Dock’s Got Talent winners were Toby Davies (centre) with Rebecca Beynon and Kyle Jennings

A TALENT SHOW called The Dock’s Got Talent took place last Friday as part of the Pembroke Dock Summer Festival at the Pater Hall, which was organised by Peter Kraus to raise money for the Bi Centenary Group.

There were a total of 14 acts performing on the night, including children from Pennar Community School, Pembroke Dock Community School and Pembroke School, who all did an amazing job. All of the acts were fantastic, and through much deliberation, judges Tamsin Mathias, Cllr Sue Perkins and Mayor of Pembroke, Pam George decided that the winner of the show had to be nine-year-old street dancer Toby Davies. In second place was Rebecca Beynon for her outstanding performance of On My Own from Fame, and in third place came Kyle Jennings for his beautiful performance of Where Is Love from Oliver. The event was such a success it has already been decided to run the event again next year.
