SAM ROWLANDS, Member of the Welsh Parliament for North Wales, has been finding all about the Care4TheFamily charity.
Mr Rowlands recently joined fellow members of the Senedd to meet with the founder, Rob Parsons at an event in Cardiff.
He said: “It was great to meet Rob and other members of the organisation and find out all about the support this particular charity gives to help families in need, not just in Wales but all over the UK
“They offer a wide range of support for family life which includes the three key areas of marriage, parenting and bereavement.
“With over 80 staff and many volunteers it is an extremely important charity and fully deserves our support.”
Care4TheFamily believes that every family should have somewhere to turn for support in both the good times and when family life is challenging.
It provides a wide range of support in three key areas of family life – marriage, parenting and bereavement which includes marriage and parenting courses, bereavement support, family breaks and faith in the family, as well as a wide range of resources in support of each of these core areas.
They offer advice and support to help you in your family circumstances, whether it’s the excitement of getting married, the thrill and anxiety of having a new baby, or the joy, and sometimes difficulty, of raising teenagers, supporting couples with relationship difficulties, mums and dads with additional parenting challenges, and those who are living with loss.
The charity has been running events for nearly 30 years, speaking to parents and couples all over the country in an effort to support and help those in all stages of family life.
