A MILFORD man has received a suspended prison sentence after breaching a restraining order just two days after being imposed by the court.
Rhyan Nolan of St Margarets Way, Milford Haven, was made the subject of a restraining order on April 21 at Llanelli Magistrates Court.
However, 23-year-old Nolan found himself back before the bench just four days later after breaching the requirements of the order less than 48 hours later.
Nolan was forbidden from direct or indirect contact with a female.
On Monday, April 25, Nolan pleaded guilty to creating a fake snapchat profile to contact the victim on April 23.
Magistrates sentenced Nolan to 12 weeks in prison for the offence.
During mitigation, the court heard how Nolan had made positive steps towards rehabilitation and self referred himself to an alcohol support group and contacted medical help for help with his issues.
Magistrates suspended the custodial sentence for 12 months.
The defendant was also ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs.
