Multi genre spanning festival In It Together (26-28 May 2023) – Wales’ biggest and best festival – has announced its incredible first wave of artists for its second edition next summer.
The family friendly festival is returning to Old Park Farm, Margam in May 2023 with an impressive set of star-studded acts and experiences to make it the ultimate weekend of jam-packed fun to remember!
Expect a weekend party like no other filled with incredible music acts, a huge amount of family fun and memories to last a lifetime. The family camping weekender which will welcome up to 40,000 people to Port Talbot, is the biggest festival of its kind in Wales. As well as welcoming international superstars to the Welsh valleys, the festival will also support over 50 Welsh artists as it showcases the country’s finest exports.
The Parc stage will take centre stage with a performance from the incredible Grammy nominated Kelis. From Milkshake to Trick Me, the American singer songwriter’s set will be one of the highlights of the weekend. Platinum selling British DJ Tom Zanetti will attract the crowds with his hugely popular hits including Darlin and You Want Me.
Scottish rock band Twin Atlantic also join the main stage line-up and will delight crowds with hit after hit ahead of the headliner acts. Brit award winning singer songwriters James Bay and Jake Bugg join the stellar line up alongside hip-hop group and Welsh icons Goldie Lookin Chain, British Tik Tok sensation Tyrone and hugely popular street dance troupe Diversity. Keep your eyes peeled as headliners for the main stage will be announced in the next few months!
The worlds of tech house, dance and drum and bass will collide once again at the festival’s iconic Panchaia dance tent. Electronic music duo Chase and Status take the top spot on Sunday evening, signalling the end of an epic weekend with a set full of drum and bass bangers whilst the Saturday night dance tent headliner will be announced in the coming months.
Other highlight acts for Panchaia include creators of the iconic ‘Lola’s Theme’, The Shapeshifters, Lovely Laura and Ben Santiago and Bou.
Looking for some 90s to noughties nostalgia? Rewind arena is a brand-new edition to the festival for 2023. Expect garage classics from Luck & Neat, Artful Dodger and So Solid mixed with trance favourites N Trance and Ultrabeat. If that wasn’t enough, on Sunday Rewind will showcase the best in pop and r’n’b with sets from S Club, Louise Redknapp and Big Brovaz & Booty Luv.
The Paddock stage is a welcome edition for local talent as it returns to the festival to host bands and artists playing in both English and Welsh. Curated in conjunction with BBC Horizons and Focus Wales, it promises to showcase the best of the best in upcoming talent.
Representing North Wales and headlining the Saturday evening on The Paddock is alternative indie rock band Joy Formidable whilst garage punk four-piece Goa Express will close the stage on Sunday evening.
There will be even more opportunities for home grown talent in 2023 with the addition of Steelworks, and new outdoor stage focusing on the best in local underground bands and electronic dance music.
The fun doesn’t stop there as the hugely popular Tic Tac Toe area returns for 2023. The ultimate family destination, it’s no exaggeration to say that In It Together really does have something for everyone. Pleasing children and big kids alike, festival goers can spend the day on the world’s biggest bouncy castle and fairground before relaxing at the outdoor cinema.
It wouldn’t be In It Together without The Wonky Lizard. Located in the family area, it is the epitome of immersive and interactive entertainment. Headlining Saturday evening and returning to the festival is legendary DJ and radio presenter Craig Charles with a dance busting Funk and Soul set. Throughout the weekend, expect a stage programmed with a unique blend of live music, comedy and cabaret for the whole family to enjoy.
For festival goers looking for a bit of down time amongst the chaos, The Retreat is the place to be. From yoga, meditation and mindfulness to massage, reiki and reflexology there’s a relaxing activity for all.

Ticket prices start from £139 for a weekend camping ticket or £299 for family tickets (2 adults, 2 children and up to 4 grandparents).
