ABERYSTWYTH Town’s 1000th Cymru Premier match, against Haverfordwest County on Tuesday (Feb 1), will be free for all spectators.

The Seasiders were founder members of the League of Wales in August 1992, and become the first Club to reach this prestigious milestone.

In addition to free entry, the club has also announced that, courtesy of our Club Sponsors Cambrian Tyres, supporters arriving before 7.15pm will be allowed one free drink in the John Charles Lounge, and Ruth’s Kitchen will be offering 150 free hot dogs (first come first served).

The gates for spectators will open at 6.30pm, and the match kicks off at 8pm.

Finally in lieu of the free entry the Club will be coordinating a bucket collection for Bronglais Hospital’s Chemotherapy Appeal on Tuesday evening.

A slate plaque commemorating the achievement of 1000 matches, kindly commissioned by the Football Association of Wales, will be unveiled in the John Charles Lounge prior to the match.
