France v Scotland: The game that will decide Wales’ Six Nations title hopes

FRANCE take on Scotland tonight in the final game of this years’ Six Nations tournament, with the result deciding where the title will go.

Wales sit top of the table ahead of tonight’s match in Paris but France can still win the title.

They need to score at least four tries and win the rescheduled match by 21 points or more.

However, there is still plenty riding on the result as a Scottish win, while securing the title for Wales, could also see them finish second, their best ever position.

Scotland will need to win by at least eight and also stop France from securing a bonus point.

Wales’ hopes of a Grand Slam were dashed last week by the French who will be confident going into the match against Scotland.

The visitors though, angered by comments made by some of the French players, are keen to secure their best ever finish in the tournament.

The game is taking place outside of the international window but a deal has been struck between the Six Nations, Scottish Rugby and English Premiership Rugby which will allow five players to remain with the Scottish camp and play the game in France.

The game in Paris kicks off at 8pm and promises to be another exciting match.
