EIGHT girls from Ysgol Bro Gwaun represented Fishguard Sports FC Under 16s on September 22 in a tournament at Camrose Football Club
The girls played against Camrose and Johnston and performed really well considering it was their first competitive set of fixtures together, with all the games being closely fought and well contested.
Fishguard hope to have teams in upcoming under 14 and 12 fixtures as the girls team continue to grow in popularity. Sessions are run on a Thursday lunchtime and after school at Ysgol Bro Gwaun, as part of the School’s 5×60 programme.
