GOODWICK United continued their pursuit of the Division 1 title as they beat strugglers Narberth 17-0 on Saturday (Mar 26).
Rhys Dalling put the home side ahead after seven minutes and Kieran O’Brien doubled the lead three minutes later.
Jordan Griffiths and Luke Hayward scored in the space of two minutes to make it 4-0.
Griffiths then completed his hat trick and added a fourt, scoring three goals in the space of threee minutes.
Dalling then scored from the penalty spot before O’Brien added his second of the game shortly before thr break.
Griffiths added another goal early in the second half and it was Dalling who then completed his hat trick as he scored on 55 minutes.
Dalling added his fourth four minutes later before Jordan Thomas got his name on the scoresheet.
Griffiths scored twice more in the 71st and 86th minutes as they showed no signs of letting up.
Dan James then scored two late goals to complete the scoring and Goodwick’s seventeenth win of the season.
On Saturday, April 2, Goodwick travel to Monkton Swifts while Narberth are away to Hakin United.
