HAVERFORDWEST Ladies kicked off their Admiral National League Division 3 season with a win over Pembroke on Sunday (Mar 6).
They ran in 11 tries as they earned a 63-5 win against a Pembroke who never gave up.
Haverfordwest had been struggling to find players in the weeks leading up to the new season but a series of social media posts has helped up their numbers.
Rhian Swift scored four tries for the Blues on Sunday while Emily Carrington also crossed twice.
Hayley May Thomas, Jana Neumann, Meg Davies, Lilly Arnold and Heledd Evans also scored tries for the visitors with Elin Williams adding the conversions.
Isabelle Dufresnoy scored Pembroke’s only try of the game.
On Sunday, March 13, Haverfordwest are at home against Cilfynydd while Pembroke are also at home against TC Ladies.
Elsewhere, there was a good win for Whitland ladies as they won 108-0 against Ynysddu in Division 1.
