NARBERTH U15s went to Fishguard on Sunday (Oct 2) and the two teams put on a great game with a good display of team work.
Everyone put a shift in and a brilliant defence kept Fishguard out. The team dug deep and kept going right to the end.
The final score was Fishguard 0-32 Narberth. Tries came from James Owen (2), Callum Goeman (2), Thomas O’Toole and Callum White. One conversion came from Thomas O’Toole.

Fishguard started the game fast and furious, with Narberth working hard in the first half to defend the try line.
After the half time break the Narberth players came back into the game with Will Haines seizing 4 opportunities for the score line, converted by Oliver Johns. Iwan Anthony also took advantage of a penalty to land a try.
Some tough play by Narberth with outstanding performance from Iestyn Nicholas, Cody James and some great support work from female player Freya Jennings.
A beautiful sunny morning in Pembroke Dock for Narberth Otters Under 8s as they took on Pembroke Dock and Neyland in a round robin.
With a reduced squad for the weekend, this mixed squad of Narberth players put their all into both games, and were rewarded with a 4:3 win against the Quins followed straight away by a 3:2 win against Neyland.
Tries came from Joe H, Frankie P and Jac M, with Frankie P winning Player of the Match for his efforts in tagging and tries.
Coach Ben Hughes said: “At this age we’re really focusing on two things – playing as a team, and building up the players’ passing skills. The little Otters played so well today and came away with two well-deserved wins against two really strong teams. Most importantly, they all really enjoyed themselves!”
