Seasiders slip away to Kidwelly

Kidwelly 28
Tenby 15

tenby rfcTHE SEASIDERS slipped to a loss away from home to section leaders Kidwelly, who showed why they lead the league, as they restricted Tenby possession and kept the scoreboard ticking over when it was needed. Dai Meyrick scored the only first half points for Tenby with an unconverted try, as Kidwell steamed to a 22-5 lead at the break after tries from Dafydd Latham and Adam Davies, to go with fly half Jamie Evans’ two penalties, two conversions and drop goal. After the break, Tenby managed to claw their way back with tries from Wyndham Williams and Mark Heywood, before Latham wrestled his way over for his second, securing victory for Kidwelly and condemned Tenby to their fourth loss of the campaign.
