YEAR 11 and 12 boys from Ysgol Bro Gwaun took part in a basketball fixture against their counterparts from Sir Thomas Picton School on October 3. The boys took part in A and B team fixtures.
The A team lost narrowly 16-18 with the STP team scoring a last second winning basket. The B team lost 8-18 but performed admirably against an STP team who mainly consisted of Year 13s.
A big thank you must go to Mrs Miles for sorting the team out and sixth form pupil Danielle Davies who did the scoring.
