‘The Streets’ are coming to Cardiff Bay this September

Today, it is announced that grime legends The Streets join the line-up for The Bay Series 2023. The Mike Skinner fronted collective will be heading to Wales for a huge, headline gig.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, February 10, at 10 a.m. through Live Nation for the event on Thursday, September 7, 2023.

The Streets, forerunners of UK garage, have established themselves as one of the most important bands in British music since making their debut in 2002 with the landmark album “Original Pirate Material.” Twenty years later, Fit But You Know It, Has It Come To This?,

Blinded By The Lights, Dry Your Eyes, and 2022’s Brexit At Tiffany’s are among the memorable tunes from The Streets’ enthralling discography. They’ll be at Alexandra Head in Cardiff Bay in September for a grime lesson that shouldn’t be missed.

Special guests Kojey Radical, Zed Bias, Emmeline, and others who will be announced soon will support The Streets.

Wales’ largest outdoor concert series, The Bay Series, brings some of the world’s top musical acts to Cardiff Bay to share music, food, and culture. Lewis Capaldi, Pendulum, Biffy Clyro, and other artists have performed on stage in the last two years at the magnificent, specially constructed, open-air location at Alexandra Head.

  • Friday 8 September – N-Dubz
  • Saturday 9 September – The Chemical Brothers
  • Thursday 7 Septembey – The Streets plus special guests
