A PEMBROKE DOCK man appeared in Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday to face a charge of driving without a valid MOT certificate. Niall Taylor, aged 62, of Hamilton Court, pleaded guilty to the charge. Magistrates fined Taylor £20 and ordered him to pay £40 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
