Experienced international player and Wales representative, 15-year-old Elizabeth Evans, is just one of the many talented players who will be taking to the court. She said: “I’m really looking forward to the ITF in Wrexham, I’ve got very good memories of playing at Wrexham in both 18U UK Nationals and Welsh Championships so it’s great to be able to play an International Competition in my home country.”
Joining Elizabeth will be a host of Welsh players looking to put their best serve forward including, Jemimah Choi, Jemima Dean, Archie Gray, Oliver Page, and Alex Farmanbar — who are already acing in the world of international tennis.
Tennis Wales Competitions and Events Manager, Mark Lewis, added: “It’s going to be a week of extremely high-level tennis, showcasing top talent from around the globe.
“We’re proud to have a growing community of tennis talent here in Wales, with many players taking strides to put Welsh tennis on the competitive map. Don’t be surprised if you see names from this week starring on adult tours in the future!”
