ARMED police officers blocked a Brynbala Way, Cardiff this morning and pointed guns at a house close to Trowbridge Primary School. The incident happened at around 10.20am on Wednesday (Nov 16).
It is understood that a male occupant was arrestde at the scene after coming out of the house with his hands up.
South Wales Police have been contacted for a statement.
