OFFICERS would like to speak to this man, who was seen outside the Tesco Superstore, Chepstow at around 9.30pm on Thursday, March 2.
Gwent Police are appealing for information to identify this man, who may be able to provide crucial information as part of enquiries to find Thomas Bates from the Stourport-on-Severn area, who has been reported missing.
Thomas, 30, was last seen in the Tesco Superstore, Chepstow, at around 9.30pm on Thursday, March 2 and officers are concerned for his welfare.
Officers would like to speak to this man who was seen speaking with Thomas outside the Tesco Superstore and may be able to assist with their enquiries.
They want to stress that this man is believed to be a witness and may hold information which could assist their enquiries.

Thomas is described as 5’9″ tall, of slim build, with a shaved head and tattoos of song lyrics and phrases on both arms. He was last seen wearing a grey coat with fur around the hood, a light grey hooded jumper, black jogging bottoms, white trainers and a baseball cap.
