Nighttime arrest after man seen ‘running naked’ down road in Cardiff

A MAN has been arrested after reports emerged of him running naked down a busy street in Cardiff. South Wales Police received the call regarding the incident on Richmond Road in Roath at around midnight on April 23. The authorities immediately sprang into action and arrested a 37-year-old man for suspected public indecency. However, the man has since been released while police conduct their investigation into the matter.
