TOWN centre businesses in Bridgend county borough are being offered the chance to take part in a free webinar to help them use Instagram to market and showcase the products and services they offer.
The live online workshop, provided by Bridgend County Borough Council and Bridgend Business Forum, will be held on Tuesday 30 March at 12.30pm and lasts two hours.
Councillor Dr Charles Smith, Cabinet Member for Education and Regeneration, said: “Following the success of the Digital Christmas Festival and feedback from retailers who said they would like social media channels used more to support their businesses and town centre, the council and Bridgend Business Forum have organised this free workshop.
“The session will be tailored to local retail and market traders in Bridgend county borough and will offer them the chance to learn marketing techniques, as well as tips for producing effective posts and attracting people to their pages and websites.”
