STUDENTS and teachers at Ysgol Gymraeg Ystalyfera–Bro Dur and St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Sixth Form Centre in Port Talbot, the two schools in Neath Port Talbot offering post-16 education, are being congratulated for their 2024 achievements.
The majority of students attend Grŵp Colegau NPTC Group of Colleges to continue their post-16 education.
Once again Neath Port Talbot schools, and most importantly the pupils, have achieved another set of fantastic A-level results. Improving on last year’s results, pupils have secured more A-level passes and are now well placed to continue their chosen journey into adulthood.
Cllr. Steven Hunt, Leader of Neath Port Talbot Council, said: “The results achieved by our students this year are a testament to their hard work and determination, as well as the unwavering support from their teachers and families.
“These accomplishments not only reflect the high standards of education in Neath Port Talbot but also set a strong foundation for our young people as they embark on the next stage of their academic and professional journeys.”
