WE’RE continuing to appeal for information to find Frank Bayley, 69, from Newport, who is missing.
Frank was last seen in Corporation Road, Newport at around 2.20pm on Tuesday 21 January.
The family of Frank Bayley have released the following statement: “We are extremely worried for Frank’s welfare; we just want him home or for him to get in touch with us or the police.
“We’re asking everyone to keep an eye out for Frank when you’re out and for anyone with information, no matter how small to please contact the police to help them in their search for Frank.”
Steven Maloney, Detective Chief Inspector said: “We are increasingly concerned for Frank and encourage anyone with any information to come forward.

“Our officers are continuing to carry out enquiries and searches in Newport and we’re urging residents and businesses, come forward with any interactions with him and to check their CCTV or doorbell cameras and dashcams, for any sightings of Frank in the last two weeks to help establish his movements before he was reported missing and since.
“Anyone with any information is asked to contact us or anonymously through Crimestoppers.”
It is unknown what Frank was last seen wearing but he is described as around 5ft 11” tall, with a piercing in his left ear. He wears glasses and uses a walking stick.
Frank also has several tattoos including a large black panther on his arm and a small blue ink mark on his face.
