TAYLOR WIMPEY South Wales is extending its support to the community in Miskin, by offering local good causes the opportunity to win a £1,000 prize through its community chest competition.
The homebuilder invites residents in and around Miskin to nominate deserving local groups, organisations, or individuals – from small sports teams to hardworking community charities – who they believe would benefit from some financial aid.
Taylor Wimpey South Wales is currently building homes at its Melin Newydd development in Miskin and local residents can submit their suggestions by emailing the name of the nominee, along with a brief description of why they have been nominated, to [email protected].
All nominations will need to be received by Friday March 28 and Taylor Wimpey South Wales will then select one group, organisation or individual to receive the £1,000 donation.
Kellie Risdale, Sales Manager at Taylor Wimpey South Wales, said: “Our Community Chest competition at Melin Newydd allows the local community to come together and nominate a worthy cause. The prize will give a helping hand to an important group or organisation in Miskin and we strongly encourage local people in the area to take part.”
