THE VALE Resort has unveiled its brand-new website, designed with the customer in mind, and is more modern, sleek, clean and user-friendly.
As well as being fully mobile optimised and having a more structured, optimised navigation, making the website more user-friendly regardless of device used and path taken on the site itself, it also features a modernised colour pallet, with new imagery and videography to display the 4* resort in its fully glory.
The previous website, which launched in 2018, was built on Umbraco, while the new website – built in collaboration with Design Dough – is on WordPress, which is known to have many more perks to businesses, not least including greater SEO benefits, better ease-of-use and faster site speed.
Customers of the Vale Resort will also notice a few new sections on the website, including ‘Occasions’ and ‘Dining’, while those who hope to one day work at the resort can find a new careers section, with the ability to email the resort direct with their CV.
The new website also includes a new look and feel for the Vale Rewards Club, where current and prospective guests can sign up to receive exclusive offers throughout the resort.
The new website is just one of many celebrations throughout 2024 and 2025 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Vale Resort, including a £100,000 Phase One refurb that’s currently taking place in the Vale Spa, and a refurb to the health & leisure club that’s soon to get underway.
