AN EMPTY former shop in the centre of Blaenavon could be converted to two flats under plans being considered.
Craig Harris, of Sycamore Road, Blaenavon has asked Torfaen Borough Council for change of use planning permission for 4 Market Street.
The application form states the building is currently vacant and was last used as a shop but the date for when it shut down isn’t known.
