TWO men are due to appear in court this morning following a fatal road traffic collision near Welshpool on Saturday (Nov 16).
Abubakr Ben Yusaf, 29, has been charged with several offences, including drug driving, causing death by dangerous driving, causing serious injury by dangerous driving, causing death while uninsured, failing to provide a specimen for analysis, and failing to stop after a collision.
His co-accused, Umar Ben Yusaf, 33, is charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing serious injury by dangerous driving, causing death while uninsured, and failing to stop after a collision.
Police appeal for information
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage from the area to come forward as part of their investigation.
