WWE is coming to Cardiff this September.

And this isn’t any other tour, as the Principality Stadium has been chosen to host WWE’s first major stadium event in the United Kingdom for more than 30 years.

The company hosts a number of special events throughout the year, such as Wrestlemania, Summerslam, Survivor Series and the Royal Rumble.

The event has not yet been confirmed but top superstars like current champion Roman Reigns, Randy Orton, Seth Rollins and many more could be in line to wrestle.

The last WWE show that was hosted in the UK was the 1992 Summerslam which was hosted at Wembley Stadium.

Located in the heart of Cardiff, the capital of Wales – a cultural and sports destination with a world class record in hosting events – the Principality Stadium is a state-of-the-art, multi-faceted event destination and home to the Wales national rugby union team.
