Loving son and brother will be gratefully treasured

FAMILY TRIBUTE There are no words that can convey the magnitude of our heart-breaking sadness at the loss of Dyfed. Dyfed Evans, of Glanrafon, Tal-y-bont, Ceredigion, was only 42 years old and a beloved and loving son and brother and we will gratefully treasure every memory of him and do so with a smile.

Dyfed, like his mother Beryl, was a farmer and breeder by instinct and both highly regarded within the sheep and cattle world and particularly for their Welsh Mountain and Speckled Face Sheep. The farm at Glanrafon and the animals were the centre of their world. Their aim was always to produce stock of the highest quality and they could not have been more committed or more caring in their work.

Dyfed also loved sports of all kinds and enthusiastically followed his favourite teams and individuals in various fields including football, athletics and snooker.

We would like to thank everyone, family, neighbours, friends and various agencies for all the support and kindness during the last harrowing few days as we try our best to deal with the loss of a very special wife and mother and son and brother.

We now wish to have time to grieve and the solace necessary to do so in peace.
