A PEMBROKE DOCK man has appeared before Haverfordwest magistrates charged with assaulting an eight-year-old girl by intentional sexual touching.
Simon Jones, 62, of Alcon House, Laws Street, faces two further charges of gross indecency with a girl under 14 and of indecently assaulting a woman over 16.
The offences are alleged to have taken place between January 1, 1993 and December 31, 2003.
Jones denied all four charges when he appeared before Haverfordwest magistrates earlier this week.
Following the request of the Crown Prosecution Service, the magistrates declined jurisdiction and the matter was sent to Swansea Crown Court.
Trial proceedings will now commence on May 19 and Jones was released on unconditional bail.
