AVON and Somerset Police have issued an appeal on Facebook asking the public to contact them if they see Jake after he went missing on Sunday, March 5.
Jake, 20, who is from Pembrokeshire, is described as white, around 5ft 6ins, with short brown hair and a neat moustache.
He was last seen at approximately 2.30am leaving the O2 Academy in Frogmore Street, Bristol.
Jake was wearing a dark blue jumper, green Bob Marley t-shirt, black jeans, black shoes and a black baseball cap.
