Serious sex offender could be on the loose in Pembrokeshire say police

DYFED-POWYS POLICE have issued a warning to the residents of Pembrokeshire to be on the lookout for a sex offender who has been recalled to prison.

Devon and Cornwall Police issued a public appeal to locate 51-year-old James Campbell.

Campbell has been convicted of serious sexual offences and his licence has been revoked.

It is believed he has links to Plymouth, Torquay, Bournemouth, north Yorkshire, the south coast of England and Scotland.

However Dyfed-Powys Police have issued a statement confirming that information suggests that he may be in Pembrokeshire, more specifically Milford Haven.

Campbell is described as a white male, 5ft 4in tall, of stocky build with a bald head and some greying stubble to the sides and rear. His right eye is described as lazy and quite noticeable. He also has distinctive tribal tattoos, including on his left hand (pictured).
