Police appeal for information following fatal crash in Swansea

A 46-YEAR-OLD man has died, and another is in a life-threatening condition following early-hours crash in Swansea.

Police are appeal for any witnesses to the crash, at the junction of Graiglwyd Road and Townhill Road at around 12:40am on Saturday, to come forward.

A spokesman for South Wales Police told Herald.Wales: “We are continuing to appeal for any witnesses to the serious road traffic collision that occurred at the junction of Graiglwydd Road and Townhill Road, Swansea, at approximately 12.40am on Saturday.

“A 46-year-old man from the Mayhill area of Swansea died as a result of the collision. Another man is being treated at the University Hospital of Wales with what are described as life-threatening injuries.
“We thank local residents and businesses for their patience and understanding whilst the road was closed for investigation work to be carried out.

“Anyone who has any information concerning this collision or who may have any dashcam footage is kindly requested to contact the serious collision investigation unit quoting reference number 2100151541.”
