WORSHIPFUL Master Brian Williams and charity steward Dr Bryn Barton of the Freemasons Strumble Lodge recently visited Portfield Special Needs School to present a cheque for £500 towards the purchase of outdoor gym equipment.
On the shopping list are a handbike, a fitness bike and a cross trainer. The equipment is designed to develop the pupils’ physical activity and cardio fitness which is part of Portfield’s healthy schools initiative.
