WE FOCUS ON WALES.

And we employ the best.

A weekly print edition newspaper, four local news websites, a national website for Wales, three magazines, an online radio station, our own film unit, and a nascent online broadcasting presence did not happen overnight.

But it has happened quickly. We started out with Pembrokeshire’s Best Magazine over
ten years ago and found a market for the news presented in a different way than the norm.

After eighteen months of publication, we began planning the launch of a new weekly newspaper.

That newspaper, The Pembrokeshire Herald, has made its mark reporting hard-hitting news stories with a big impact. We organically developed a strong Facebook and online presence.

Within six months of our launch, we had outstripped other well established local newspaper brands with breaking news and on social media reach.

We did this with a dedicated small team – all from the locality and all with strong local roots. Next, we launched our filming unit, Herald TV, which complemented our output and enabled us to film bespoke online promotional films for local businesses and has expanded into news story production to provide a richer experience for online consumers.

In March 2016 we launched Herald Radio, our online radio station, which offers news, weather and information for the west Wales region as well as playing a variety of hit music.

Our growth did not stop there and on February 26, 2021 we launched Herald.Wales, an independent national online news provider serving the entire nation, with content in both English and Welsh.

Why come and work with us?

A newspaper, news websites, a magazine, an online radio station, our own film unit, one of the largest social media footprints in west Wales, and a nascent online broadcasting presence did not happen overnight.
