AN ASSAULT incident that took place on Frankwell Street last night is currently under investigation by Dyfed-Powys Police. The incident occurred at approximately 5:50 pm on Friday, 9th June 2023.
According to authorities, a 41-year-old man was severely injured in the assault and was swiftly transported to the hospital by air ambulance. His condition is described as critical, and medical professionals are working diligently to provide him with the necessary care.
Another individual involved in the altercation, a 51-year-old man, sustained injuries that did not require immediate hospitalization and received treatment at the scene.
In connection with the assault, a 20-year-old man has been apprehended on suspicion of assault and is presently in police custody. The authorities have affirmed that, at this stage, they are not seeking any other individuals in relation to the incident.
