Police are investigating an allegation that the driver of a dark grey Audi deliberately drove towards a brown Kia Sportage while both were travelling in opposite directions on the B4599 Brecon Road, between Ystradgynlais and Penrhos.
The incident occurred at about 8.45am on Wednesday, 20th December. It is also alleged that the driver of the Audi also made abusive hand gestures towards the driver of the Kia.
Neither vehicle was damaged.
