Fill the day with colour for Deano’s funeral, say family

FUNERAL details have been released for Pembrokeshire man Dean Clarke who sadly passed away on Sunday (June 5) aged 38.

Affectionately known as Deano, he was the son of Danny Clarke and the late Carol Nilsson.

Deano will be deeply missed by his beloved sons Jack, Ollie and Rudi, dad Danny, brothers Antony and Balloo, sister Erin, his nieces and nephews, Uncle Tony and many other family and friends too numerous to mention.

The funeral service and celebration of Deano’s life takes place on Monday, June 20 at St Mary’s Church, Tenby at 1 pm, followed by interment (family and close friends only) at Tenby New Cemetery.

The wake which everyone is invited to, will be held at the De Valence Pavilion, Tenby from 1.30pm.

There is a request from the family for those attending not to wear black clothes, as they want to fill the day with colour that matches his beloved personality.

The horse and cart funeral procession will take the following route: start at Butt’s Field car park at 12 pm approx tbc, up Narberth Road and down the Maudlins. It will continue along the parade turning into the Imperial arch. From there it will head up Lower Frog Street, round by the Three Mariners Inn and will come to rest in front of St Mary’s Church.

There will be immediate family flowers only with donations in memory of Deano made payable to Mind Pembrokeshire c/o Funeral Directors Messrs W & M J Rossiter & Sons Ltd The Old Rectory, The Norton, Tenby, SA70 8AB or via the donate button.

A Just Giving page that has been set up to try and raise funds to help Dean’s family fund his funeral has reached over £14,000 in just a matter of a few days.
