THE CHILDREN of Pennar Community School held their first leavers party in two years on Monday (July 4).
All of the children had a wonderful time dancing at the disco.
The school held a disco by Lionel Nutting at Pennar Hall. There was also a chocolate fountain, hot dogs, crisps and cakes.
Sharon Bevans from Tesco kindly donated a voucher.
Joanne from Avante Cards provided purple, gold and green balloons – the school’s colours, and Grace Wakeman made gold, green and purple bunting for the event.
Michele Wiggins, Wendy McIntyre, Lynsey Morris and Michelle Roberts helped with the event. Special thanks have been given to Helena Holland and Simon Wiggins.
