Cardiff-based communications agency, Freshwater, has been named as one of the UK’s leading management consultancies by the Financial Times for the fourth time.
Headquartered in Cardiff, with a second office in central London, Freshwater has been recognised as one of the leading national management consultants across three areas: Healthcare and Life Sciences, Public and Social Sector and Marketing and Brand, after independent recommendations from both clients and industry peers for the seventh annual report published by the Financial Times and Statista.
The endorsement follows a series of significant client wins across all sectors, including the appointments for digital service contracts for accounting firm, Menzies LLP and law firm Rylands Garth, events management of the British Ports Association (BPA) Conference 2024 in Portsmouth, as well as the continuation of services for Specsavers, BT, Welsh Government and University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust, sealing Freshwater’s position as one of the UK’s top strategic communications agencies for both the public and private sectors.
Angharad Neagle, CEO of Freshwater, said: “It’s great to see the hard work of our talented colleagues recognised for the outstanding results they deliver for clients. Freshwater is focused on delivering excellence across the board, and to receive independent industry recognition for our work is a testament to the team’s passion, professionalism and absolute commitment to making a positive impact and making it matter.”
The ‘UK’s Leading Management Consultants 2024’ report is compiled by independent research company, Statista and published by the Financial Times. It highlights firms across different sectors and services that have been recommended for their excellence. The report was produced using data from two online surveys, one of which polled partners and executives at management consultancies and the other of which went to clients of consultancies.
Founded more than 25 years ago, Freshwater provides a full range of communications services from strategic consultancy, public relations, events, marketing, digital, design and content to engagement and consultations, media training and crisis communications. It also has a conference business, trading as Waterfront Conference Company, which organises specialist events aimed at the planning, energy, rail, ports and maritime sectors.
