Arrest made as police probe theft of second container from Thornton Industrial Estate

POLICE are investigating the theft of a 20ft storage container and have linked the crime to a similar incident earlier this year.

Dyfed-Powys Police said that a man has been arrested on suspicion of theft and has been released under investigation pending further police enquiries.

One male has attended for a voluntary interview, the Herald understands.

A spokesperson for the police told The Herald on Thursday (Mar 10): “Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating an allegation of the theft of a 20ft storage container.

The container was stolen from a property in Thornton Industrial Estate, Milford Haven sometime on Saturday, December 18.

The theft was reported on e January 15 and is believed to be linked to the theft of a 10ft green container stolen from a field/compound near Thornton, Milford Haven sometime on Saturday, January 1.
