Legendary TV host Jerry Springer passes away at 79

JERRY SPRINGER, the renowned American TV personality, has passed away at 79 years old according to a family representative who informed TMZ. He died this morning in his residence in the Chicago region.

Springer became a household name for his rowdy tabloid talk show, titled “Jerry Springer,” where he closed every episode with the popular catchphrase: “Take care of yourself and each other.” The show was broadcasted for 27 seasons and featured almost 5,000 episodes, airing from 1991 to 2018.

Aside from his talk show, Springer hosted America’s Got Talent from 2007 to 2008.
