American singer Pink has revealed that she will launch her 2024 UK tour in Cardiff.
The Grammy-winning artist shared the news on Tuesday, confirming a performance at Principality Stadium on June 11th next year. This concert will signify her return after a five-year hiatus from the venue.
The 44-year-old expressed her enthusiasm for returning to Wales, coinciding with the stadium’s 25th-anniversary celebration in the same month.
“Starting the tour in Cardiff is going to be so fun,” said Pink.
“It’s been way too long since I’ve been in Wales and to celebrate the 25th anniversary of this amazing venue is going to make it even more special.
“See you there, love bugs,” she added.
Pre-sale tickets for Pink’s Summer Carnival tour in Cardiff will be available starting Monday, November 27, at 10:00 GMT. General sale will commence on Thursday, November 30, at the same time.
This announcement contributes to a packed schedule for Principality Stadium in 2024, featuring performances by Bruce Springsteen, Taylor Swift, and Foo Fighters scheduled for May and June.
