POLICE in Milford Haven have arrested a male after raiding a property in Victoria Road on Wednesday morning (Mar 25).
Armed police assisted in the operation which temporarily closed the road forcing traffic to divert via Lower Priory. The road is now re-open.
A police spokesperson said: “A 28-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and making threats to kill following an incident in Milford Haven this morning.
“An area of Hamilton Terrace was closed by police shortly after 8.30am.
“Armed response officers attended and swiftly arrested a man, re-opening the road at around 9.20am.
“The man currently remains in custody.”
