Dive boat rescue by Coastguard and RNLI

HM COASTGUARD DALE responded to an incident on Saturday 30 March.

On their Facebook page rescuers said they assisted a crew on a dive boat with engine failure near Jack Sound, Skomer.

They wrote: “HM Coastguard Milford Haven CGOC to assist dive boat with engine failure, under tow by Angle Lifeboat RNLI. Vessel got into difficulties near Jack Sound, Skomer.

“Team currently assembled at Gelliswick Bay to receive vessel and occupants.”

The dive boat was towed back to Gelliswick Bay by Angle Lifeboat RNLI, where HM Coastguard Dale were waiting to receive the vessel and occupants.
