DYFED-POWYS POLICE is investigating the circumstances that led to the death of a two-year-old child.
Officers were called to an address in Haverfordwest on the morning of Friday, 17 July 2020.
The child has tragically passed away in hospital today (July 21).
A police spokesperson told The Pembrokeshire Herald: “Our thoughts are with the family at this difficult time.
“The family are supported by specialist trained officers.
“Two people have been arrested on suspicion of assault and neglect, and the investigation is ongoing.
“Anyone with any information is asked to contact police at Pembrokeshire CID.”
